The plant had closed that May, and MCA reopened it within weeks. Today the shop operates as MetalOne Fabrication, MCA's precision sheet and tube fabrication division. </span> </p> </div> <div data-rss-type="text"> <p> <span> MCA invited former employees back, restoring skilled manufacturing jobs in Westmoreland County.
