CNC Press Brake Forming

MetalOne runs four CNC press brakes, from 50 to 320 tons. Two 14' machines handle long panels and thicker material. Two 5' machines keep small brackets and short parts moving without tying up the big brakes.

Cut and Formed in One Shop

Flat blanks come straight off our Bystronic and Trumpf lasers to the press brakes. There's no shipping between vendors and no waiting on another shop's schedule. When parts need hardware or finishing, they move on to our PEM presses and deburring line in the same building.
