MetalOne welds in-house, turning our laser-cut sheet and tube parts into finished weldments and assemblies. Because we cut and form the components ourselves, parts fit up cleanly at the welding table. When your assembly needs a coated finish, we manage it through our established coating partners and deliver one finished part.

From Raw Material to Finished Assembly

1. Cut

Sheet parts on our Bystronic and Trumpf lasers, tube parts on the Bystronic LT7

2. Form

Bends on four CNC press brakes from 50 to 320 tons

3. Prepare

PEM hardware insertion and deburring in-house

4. Weld

Components joined into weldments and assemblies

5. Coat

Finish applied through our coating partners
